Keykings is an approved glass fibre flat roof installer, also specialising in both electric and water solar panels. Subject only to current commitments and availability of resource, we will be happy to carry out an on-site inspection, and provide a report along with a detailed quotation for almost all aspects of roofing renewal and/or repair works.

Guarantees

NEW ROOFS & RE-ROOFING – 10, 12 & 15 YEARS

  • All new roofs and re-roofing, is carried out in compliance with current British Standards and Codes of Practice. Moreover, we also include our own 10 Year guarantee on workmanship and materials at no extra cost.
  • On select roofing systems we include an 'Insurance Backed' warranty, issued by the system manufacturer, spanning 12 or 15 years. This in addition to our own in-house warranty.
  • Felt Roofing Systems – 10, 12 & 15 Years.

Felt Overlay Systems – subject to the condition of an existing asphalt roof, covering roof decking, we may be able to provide a 10 Year guarantee on workmanship and materials.

MAJOR REPAIRS & ROOF OVERHAULS – UP TO 3 & 5 YEARS

General repairs are not usually guaranteed for more than 3 months. This is not a reflection on the standard of workmanship applied to general repairs, however, does emphasise a difficulty in providing a significant warranty where only minor work is to be carried out.

In some cases, dependent on the extent and type of repairs completed, we may be able to include a warranty of up to 3 to 5 years on workmanship and materials. This, however, would be entirely at the discretion of the examining surveyor and assumes that all recommended works are carried out.
